Hi to all the Tenants and prospective Tenants in blogging world, Heres a couple of tips to help with your Tenancy Applications on a House or Unit. Most importantly help your chances by providing as much "correct information" on your application as you can possibly provide this will help the Property Manager to build your profile and if you have provided checkable quality information this will help your chances of success. Secondly make sure your references are credible and that they still have the same phone numbers as a good Property Manager will check them and to have somebody answer the phone who cant provide theinformation needed will work against you.
